Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Brighton. Quirky hotel, well laid out and beautifully decorated room. The folks were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was warm and plentiful, included amazing options. The venue had a central location and it was right next to St Andrew's Church. A lot of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

The breakfast here was so good; lots of delicious food served warm and plenty of it! the staff were amazingly friendly too, which made the experience even better. 😊

This place has a fantastic location, stylish and spacious rooms, great amenities, an amazing breakfast, and the staff is nice and kind!

The room was modern and stylish, plus they had smoke detectors for safety - that's a relief! the service was top-notch, making us feel right at home. We had an amazing two days here and are already thinking about coming back for more. 😊

The room with comfortable beds was great value, the morning meal was savoury and plentiful, and we enjoyed outstanding food at the downstairs bar, overall had 2 good days here and would recommend this place.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the seafront. It was situated in a quieter area, which was a nice escape from the busyness of the city. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided a warm welcome and were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of options. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with an excellent bathroom and a convenient plug-in aircon unit supplied for the unusually hot weather. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a perfect compromise between being close to the center of town but away from the noise. The free upgrade to a lower room due to the stairs was a nice touch, and I loved our 'recycled' room. this hotel is a great choice for anyone wishing to visit the area.

I also appreciated how the room was tucked away in a quiet and private corridor, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for my needs and I found the room to be spotlessly clean. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious and I appreciated the addition of ice in the room, perfect for cooling down on a hot weekend. my stay at this hotel was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Located on a quiet street just off the promenade, it provides a peaceful atmosphere while still being within steps of the seafront. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel like a friend rather than just a customer. The rooms on the first floor are comfortable and well-equipped, with nice bathrooms and good facilities. The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the breakfast, which is freshly cooked to order and exceptionally good.

We also enjoyed the cocktail bar and the helpfulness of the barman. it was a pleasant stay.
