A Delightful Family Retreat!
We stayed for two nights in a Superior Triple Room and enjoyed spacious accommodations. The highlight was the Sunday roast at the onsite restaurant, which exceeded our expectations with generous portions and incredible flavors. Don't miss the sticky toffee pudding! A towel hook in the bathroom would have been a nice touch.

The breakfast is top-notch, especially the vegetarian option, and the bar vibe is pure Brighton charm with friendly staff and adorable canine guests popping in. Plus, it's a great spot for exploring nearby eateries like Gingerman and Archipelagos.
We had to wait ages for our eggs Benedict, and the sauces were a bit unpredictable. the pillows could use an upgrade – two together barely felt like one!

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We explored the Brighton Dome, caught some great shows, and strolled along Hove Lawns, enjoying the sea views. The staff were super friendly, and our Superior King Room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic! Be prepared for limited parking options nearby, though.

Had a cozy night in a lovely room with a huge comfy bed and enjoyed the best Sunday roast ever. The place is great for unwinding with a cozy bar and delicious food options. Only downside was the noise from a party downstairs, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

I absolutely adored the vibrant decor in my room, which was both modern and inviting. The common areas provided easy access and ample seating for seniors, creating a cozy environment perfect for relaxation and catching up with friends.
More accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.

stylish decor but minor street noise
The room offered unique decor that was both stylish and modern. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring restful nights during our stay.
While located on a quiet street, there was occasional noise from outside, especially during peak hours but it didn’t disrupt our stay.

Couples seeking a cozy retreat
What a hidden little gem I found tucked away it had a gorgeous interior with comfy beds and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with a room upgrade and a free drink they even mixed a mocktail just for me which was really something else and breakfast offered until noon meant I didn’t have to wake up early at all.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still fair for what we got.

Deluxe rooms offer stunning side sea views that are perfect for enjoying the sunrise. The cozy bar area boasts a charming atmosphere with a well-stocked selection, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The room temperature felt excessively warm, even with the windows opened wide, which might not work for everyone. Noise from morning deliveries and a nearby function room can interrupt peace, especially if you're an early riser or prefer quiet at night. some paintwork appeared a bit shabby, hinting that a little upkeep might be in order. No onsite parking adds an inconvenience, common with many places in the area but worth noting.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
